There is no cap on the maximum deposit, though transactions above ₱50,000 may require additional verification to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Deposits are credited to your Mega Ace balance instantly or within a few minutes.

Mega Ace does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — for example, GCash charges ₱15 for some inter-wallet transfers, and bank wire transfers via InstaPay carry a small fee set by your bank. We recommend checking with your payment provider beforehand. Any fees charged by third parties are outside our control.
Withdrawals

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes once your request is approved. Bank transfers via InstaPay usually arrive within an hour; PESONet transfers may take until the next banking day. If your withdrawal hasn't arrived within the stated timeframe, check that your KYC verification is complete and that you haven't hit the daily withdrawal limit.
